an ancient burial mound in Neolithic China,
Chateau Jiahu uses the ingredients of grapes,
honey, hawthorn berries, rice, and
chrysanthemum flowers.
Sam Calagione of Dogfish Head says,
Chateu Jiahu is "the oldest-known fermented
recipe in the history of mankind."
